The location is great, and the staff were proactive with all our questions and requests. The extensive breakfast was excellent, but the building was incredibly noisy and the piano playing in the lounge was awful. Coffee and tea facilities were missing in the room, as the booking site had indicated. Fortunately, the staff handled and resolved the issue quickly. Also, the 1‑Michelin‑star restaurant was a disappointment, far below Michelin standards and with poor service.
