The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is incredibly kind, especially Primo at reception who pointed us toward the best cenotes in Tulum; breakfast is absolutely delicious and the rooftop pool is a highlight. The beach is covered in seaweed, but that’s just how Tulum is.

The design and atmosphere of the hotel are beautiful, and the concept is unique, but my experience was very disappointing. During my stay, money went missing from my room; I strongly suspect it may have been taken during housekeeping, but the hotel did not take responsibility. They conducted an internal “investigation” and simply told me they found nothing, without offering any real resolution or refund. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, and the way management handled the situation lacked accountability and professionalism.
