How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Our accommodation was on the top floor right by the beach, giving us a stunning sea view; Mrs Nalini ensured the rooms were impeccably clean daily to our full satisfaction, and Manager Mr Pankaj served us with competence and great friendliness whenever we needed help—an excellent stay we wholeheartedly recommend.

The stay was peaceful and spacious in the center of Agonda beach, the house had its own loungers, everything was neat and clean, and it matched the photos and description exactly.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and the amazing local food recommendations from Dana. We got into swimwear in our room and stepped out onto the pristine beach and over to the clean ocean, then showered right outside the shack before re-entering, and spent most of the day sipping beer on the porch which is literally on the beach. This was completely fine for us, and we actually preferred it from a sustainability standpoint, that the towels were not changed daily. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and someone came to clean the porch (on the beach) every morning

The spot was great, our room opened straight onto the beach, but the walk from the road felt a bit gritty.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront villa, where I could watch breathtaking sunsets every day from the comfort of my own home. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I felt right at home. However, I did notice that the bathroom could use some upgrading, as the water would collect after a shower and required a bit of effort to drain properly.
