A spacious apartment with a separate bedroom. Beautiful décor. Great facilities. You’re on the top floor without stairs. There’s no outdoor space, so you have to go up and down the stairs each time and then go through the coffee café to get outside.

The staff (Pika & café staff) were super friendly and helpful—nothing more to say. The hotel/stay is clearly an afterthought and not worth the price; the catalogue is somewhat misleading. For that high price, it was really disappointing. • 3 PM check‑in with no possible early check‑in • Difficult contacting the hotel admin before check‑in even after calling (had to contact the café admin before getting any reply from the hotel admin) • The room is inside the café; the entrance was tight and made with stepping stones & loose stones, so it took effort to get in with luggage • The room is on the 4th floor with no lift, and this was not mentioned in their catalogue (had to pass 2 levels that were not maintained or cleaned; there were mop heads and floorcloths along the handrails) • The bedroom and living room are in separate rooms (had to go back and forth between rooms, and re‑open and re‑lock each door). • Bedroom facilities are not as maintained as the living room (leaking toilet, loud AC that sounds like it’s dying, unfastened sink faucet). And the bedroom is not spacious and does not have a “city view” as promised; that view is only in the living room. • Because they operate their café on the first floor and some unknown activity on the 2nd and 3rd, it was quite busy very early in the morning. We were awakened by the most grating, annoying sounds of a loud washing machine around 7‑8 AM that wouldn’t stop, and decided we would have an early check‑out.

I stayed near the culinary spot at PIK and found the place clean, comfy, and in a great location, though the room was on the 4th floor, which was fine for us.

The location was good, but the hotel looked rundown, the room wasn’t ready, and overall it felt like a proper place was missing.
