The place was spotless and hygienic, and the automatic lockers were a handy touch. However, a few staff members came across as rude and intimidating, and the location shown on Google was actually for the old property.

“I will never visit again, and the biggest reason is their staff at the check in counter.”

The location was spot‑on and super convenient, and the rooftop play area was a great spot to meet people. But the staff were awful—angry, uninterested, and unhelpful, especially the guy at the check‑in counter who gave me a smaller room at first and needed arguing to get the right one. I booked for the jacuzzi, but it was filthy with hairs even after they claimed it was cleaned, and the food was terrible, with hair in the dishes as well.

I’ve never had a better dorm experience, but having a table and a chair in the dorms would have been nice.

The staff were extremely flexible and generous, treating us with genuine hospitality. I enjoyed every common facility and the events that took place here, and the location made it easy to explore the area—thanks for all the warmth.
