The location was mostly good and the room was a decent size. No towel or quilt was provided, and there was no cleaning service offered for the room.

খুব খারাপ অভিজ্ঞতা আমি ভোর তিনটায় এসে পৌঁছিয়েছি, রুম দিয়েছে তিনটা ত্রিশে, ৪ টা আমি ঘুমিয়ে পড়েছি, সাড়ে সাতটায় এক ভদ্রলোক আমাকে ডেকে ওঠায় সে বলেন রাতে যে লোক ছিল সে অনেক কিছু জানে না আপনি আমার সাথে কথা বলতে হবে আমার কিছু ফর্মালিটিজ আছে, আমি তাকে বললাম আমি হার্টের পেশেন্ট কিছুক্ষণ ঘুমিয়ে নেই পরে আপনার সাথে কথা বলি তিনি বললেন ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর চাপ আছে এর মধ্যে এক মহিলা ফোন দিয়েছে তিনি হয়তো মালিক উনাকে কি কি বলল, তখন তিনি আমাকে বললেন টাকা পরিশোধ করতে এ আমার টাকা গ্রহণ করা হয় নাই শুধু রিজার্ভেশন করেছে, আমি তাকে বললাম আমার কাছে ইন্ডিয়ান টাকা নাই একটু ঘুমাতে দেন উঠে আপনার টাকা পরিষোধ করছি, এরপরই আমাকে ছাড়লেন তবুও প্রায় আধা ঘন্টার উপরে বিভিন্ন কথাবার্তা উনার আমাকে শুনতে হল,১৯৮০ সাল থেকে ভ্রমণ করি পৃথিবীর বহু জায়গায় গিয়েছি কিন্তু এমন ঘটনা এর আগে আমার সাথে হয় নাই।।আমি হোটেল খুঁজে চলে এসেছি আসার সময় ম্যানেজার দুঃখ প্রকাশ করে বলেন কিছু মনে করবেন না মালিকের তাগিদায় আপনাকে আমার বিরক্ত করতে হয়েছে।. পশ্চিমবঙ্গের এর দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি বিষয়টা জরুরিভাবে দেখবেন এবং এই ধরনের হোটেল কে আপনাদের পক্ষ থেকে বাদ দিবেন।

Nothing really! The room lacked toilet paper and towels, had low‑quality linens and pillows, and the staff were not very helpful. The room description said there would be two beds, but there was only one.
