I’m back at this spot and the location still hits the mark, with staff who greet you every time. The extra perk of meeting all the friendly dogs is a bonus, and breakfast was included—Pacci’s always nails it. The downside was a bit of mold on our bathroom ceiling, but maintenance cleaned it and Adina at the front desk promptly moved us to a new room, showing how attentive they are to concerns.

The place is animal‑friendly and the staff is kind, but we found mold on our ceiling. Everything else looked worn, old, wet, warped, and dirty—definitely in need of an overhaul.

I liked the comfortable bed, the pool, the staff, and the location, but the room smelled moldy, there was noise from the hallways and the adjoining room, and valet parking was expensive.

The rooms were good, the location great, and most staff were sweet and helpful—except the restaurant manager. They added a 30 dollar destination fee that includes a 20 dollar credit usable at the restaurant. We were eating outside the hotel, so we stopped in one morning to use that credit for coffee. The manager was very rude, there was only one waiter who had to serve all tables, make lattes, and it seemed very understaffed. She told us “only lattes” because she probably wasn’t used to making espresso drinks. While waiting for the lattes, a roach crawled out on the chair next to me!

Nothing at all; the photos are completely misleading. The place feels ancient and rundown, and the rooms are so damp that the sheets and pillows are practically wet.
