Everything was great; the whole family enjoyed the excellent spaces, all of which were beautiful and well maintained. The food was excellent, and the staff were always attentive and kind. Overall, it was well worth our stay.

I liked the food, the staff’s attention, the bathtub in the room, and the cleaning crew’s care; the place was very pretty. One thing I didn’t like was that, being a full‑board place, there were few drink options (juices), and the minibar prices were a bit high; I thought they should be a little cheaper, because sometimes you get more by buying in bulk, which would encourage more guest consumption.

“Um ótimo local para descansar”

The resort’s various spaces, gardens, and central location in the forest were great, and the food was good. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the check‑in and check‑out process was bureaucratic; I waited an hour in line, even though all our details were already in the system or available electronically. At checkout, we joined a line that also included two large groups, and the hotel seemed unable to coordinate arrivals and departures better. This was a common complaint at reception, both at arrival and departure, where sometimes only one employee was present, showing a lack of consideration for guests.
