The staff were extremely nice, upgraded us upon arrival and stayed fully available throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty and homemade with nice a la carte options as well. Highly recommended!

Great room, I would gladly stay here again if I’m in Milan. The only thing I’d suggest the management look at is the housekeeping staff’s work. During cleaning they moved or took my personal items several times, so I had to search for them afterward. We also noticed a few safety concerns that, in my view, need attention.

I ended up in a tiny room that barely fit my luggage, and the wardrobe only accommodated one person. The terrace was roomy, but I would have liked that extra space inside the room instead. Privacy was minimal, with only small plants separating the terraces, and insects and ants made the terrace less enjoyable.
