“Nice hotel shame about extra costs”

The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were many hidden extra costs, such as a £10 charge for a taxi fare and a service fee added to the final bill even though we had already tipped everything. I could have declined it, but it felt embarrassing to do so when asked directly. I chose to stay because it was close to an event we were attending, but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon after feeling a bit ripped off.

“Falta de transparencia tarifaria”

Overall, the hotel is pretty good and the rooms are of high quality. However, on two occasions we were charged extra and had to insist on four occasions to get the higher costs reversed. Initially, they charged us USD 2,000 over the amount we had booked via Booking.

سحبو مني مبلغ الاقامة مرتين اول ما دخلت سحبو المبلغ بالاضافه الى الديبوزت 700واليوم الثاني لقيتهم ساحبين مبلغ 200وشي وانا ما طلبت اي خدمه وبعد ما سويت شيك اوت وخلصنان لقيتهم ساحبين 5000 قيمة الاقامه مرره اخرى وتواصلت معاهم وبعد كم يوم رجعت . انقهرت لاني حاطه هذا المبلغ اشتري هدايا فيه قبل الرجعه.والى الان بعد شهر ما رجع لي الديبوزت نصيحه لا تسلمونهم بطاقتهم ادفعو كاااش وحتى الديبوزت ادفعوه كاش عشان يضطرون يرجعونه لكم على طول
