Good value for money – key service outside of opening hours. Requests went unanswered, breakfast for the first night was cancelled late in the evening due to staff shortage, and there was no information about the second missing breakfast. The promised refund was not processed, nor was there any response to the inquiry. – later, a gesture of goodwill was offered.

The price was good, but communication was lacking; they didn't respond to emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages, even though I only needed an invoice.
The room was small, yet the location was great and the breakfast was delicious.

Room was extremely basic. The condition was just barely acceptable.

The immediate proximity to the Wilhelma and the museums Schloss Rosenstein and Museum am Löwentor was ideal for our stay. Breakfast was simple but good, and the staff was consistently courteous and friendly. The bathroom in the room turned out to be a sink. The toilet and shower were in a shared bathroom on the hallway. Parking in Stuttgart seems generally very tight.
