The staff were unbelievably kind—best I've seen after three weeks in Thailand. The pool was superb and the standard far above average.

I returned to this hotel after a stay at Railay Beach; the staff were very friendly, the pool excellent, rooms spotless, there were a few nice small restaurants nearby, and the lobby offered good day‑trip options. The only minor issue was that having a bike would have made it easier to reach the main attractions, otherwise you need Grab or taxis.

Lovely staff always wanting to help and give advice for local tours and happy to accommodate. We booked 2 stays during the low season to spend 1 night away in Railay beach and they helped us keep our large luggage safe in the hotel room for when we returned. Lovely people. We didn’t rent a bike so the main attractions were a little far, but with a bike or grab it’s really accessible
