The authentic setting, simple breakfast, and traditional lodging were great, and the family was kind. However, the WCT couldn’t be pulled down, and the windows from the hallway didn’t work perfectly.

Nora and Mohammed welcomed us with an incredibly warm reception; they offered tea and pastries, were attentive, and Mohammed was both funny and helpful. The kids were amazing too—little Ritesh had boundless energy, and our children loved calling it “the best hotel in the world.” My eldest daughter Myriem drew henna on my daughter’s hand, which she was thrilled about. The tajine and couscous were excellent, as was breakfast. We felt like royalty at home, and the location turned out even better than we expected—just a bit off the main hotels of Ait Benhaddou, close to the stunning gardens irrigated by Asffelou. Wow!

Mohamed’s welcome was superb, and the meals and breakfast were very good. Our daughters played happily with the family’s kids. The only downsides were that the beds were very hard—higher than the usual Moroccan standard—and the bathroom was small.

A lovely family opened their doors, heart, and home to us, making us feel at home. Their open-mindedness, beautiful building, good food, and warm souls made the stay memorable.

Mohamed and his family’s hospitality was exceptional! The house is well‑located, and the meals and breakfast were extra. But it’s the kindness and sense of welcome that make it worth visiting far more than Ait Ben Haddou. Everything was perfect.
