Clean, organized. The listing advertises breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that breakfast was an extra paid item.

The location is good. There are no outlets near the bed, and the owner didn’t communicate with the building. I was charged for coffee, but after 10 minutes I managed to sort it out and the charge was removed, though the hassle was still annoying.

The room was dirty when I arrived; it hadn’t been cleaned beforehand. It was full of empty beer bottles, papers on the floor, used soaps, and overflowing trash. Because it was the last room available, I couldn’t switch rooms. I didn’t dare sleep on the bed, so I sat on the sofa trying to sleep, but I practically stayed awake all night. My workday the next day was terrible. No refund will make me want to stay the night again.

The location and price were good. I had a small issue with the booking: they reserved the wrong room, and when I opened the door there was another guest already there.
