The staff were friendly and attentive, yet I noticed that one of the support team members seemed not fully familiar with the facilities.

There were plenty of elevators, so moving between floors was smooth, but the pool was too expensive, the children’s hours were too short, and it was too far away. I chose this hotel because it was pool‑centric, yet the price didn’t match the limited space inside the room, which felt cramped because of unnecessary shelves, and it might not suit everyone’s taste. I had to open several drawers to find a yukata. It could be better for long‑term stays.

The location and view were good, and the pool was nice, but guests would have appreciated free access to the pool, and the shower facilities at the pool were old.
