Nestled in a century‑old schoolhouse in the scenic village of Jössefors, Guesthouse Eleven offers bright, light‑decorated rooms and a free breakfast buffet. Guests enjoy lake views, a charming garden with a children’s play area, and evenings by a cosy campfire. The on‑site restaurant serves seasonal dishes, while nearby Arvika provides shopping, culture, and easy access to Värmland’s forests, lakes, moose safaris, ice‑fishing, and canoeing.

The hosts were cozy and homely, but there was a bit of traffic noise after bedtime.

It’s a lovingly renovated old school building with plenty of charm and 100 % Swedish! The bathroom is very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the food (dinner, breakfast, and lunch packets) is truly great and very good! We had the grilled elk, which was really good, and all the desserts are fine. The windows are still the originals and therefore not very soundproof, so when rush hour starts at 6:30 am it gets quite loud! It’s a pity there’s no double bed with a mattress. The room is too small for the bathroom size and has little storage space.
