“Felt really welcome xx”

The welcome was very lovely; Sarah and Colin are so nice. I don’t like seeded bread, so I asked if there was any white bread, and bless Sarah, she said it was no problem. I felt awful asking but it wasn’t too much trouble. I will definitely stay again. Nothing really, but coming from up North I would have loved tinned tomatoes on my breakfast 😁

I enjoyed a wonderful stay in Keswick and received exceptional hospitality from Colin and Sarah. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent and a perfect start to each day. I highly recommend staying here.

“Absolutely loved it!!!!!”

The breakfast was fantastic, the place incredibly clean, and the hosts were fantastic, kind, and caring. It’s just a 2‑minute walk into the heart of Keswick. I have M.E., and they made this stay so accessible for me, which meant the world, even going to the lengths of bringing my breakfast up on a tray. My partner and I were celebrating our birthday and engagement, and they brought a little bottle of prosecco into our room. Teas, coffees, and hot chocolates were available whenever. Overall, absolutely fantastic place to stay that made our trip very memorable. The atmosphere is incredibly homely. Nothing could have been better.

“The experience could not have been any better!”

I loved everything! Honestly, it was the most comfortable, clean, warm and homely accommodation I have ever stayed in. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional, they made it feel like a home away from home. I’ll stay here again when I come back. I have nothing bad to say at all
