The staff were exceptionally nice, and the rooms were clean and met all our needs. However, the location didn’t match what was shown on the map or on Google Maps, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel for its supposed location. Otherwise, it was fairly close to Mall roads.

I booked two rooms—one normal and one superior deluxe—but both turned out to be identical. Someone else in the opposite direction had a bigger room that I paid for, yet I was still charged extra for the superior deluxe and didn’t receive it. Neither room had a heater, so I had to pay the reception for a portable heater. The hotel is also really far from the city center, making it unsuitable for families with kids.
