“Siisti paikka, palvelu ei niinkään.”
The room was spotless and there were plenty of things to do nearby, yet the price didn’t match the value; when we checked in we were asked to pay extra because the link between the reservation system and the hotel had failed and an extra bed was placed in the room. I had clearly booked a double room, but the staff grumbled that they now had to do extra work, which felt unfair to the guest.
The batteries in the remote control were dead.

The Kuortane sports facility is in a great spot on Kuortaneenjärvi’s shore. The parking is right in front of the accommodation, so carrying luggage is easy. Everything was very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room, however, didn’t have a shower or shampoo.
