How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff is always friendly and very efficient, but the bathroom could be cleaned better; sometimes the AC turns on by itself and the room is hotter in the morning than at night.

The spot was spot on—everything from groceries to restaurants was just a five‑minute drive away. The only downside was that the pool was shut for the entire week I stayed, a major reason I picked this hotel because of the weather forecast. I was told at the front desk that the pool was closed, but I never got any heads‑up from the hotel or the website, which was a real hassle given what I paid.

The place was a quiet hideaway, perfect for a peaceful stay.

The rooms were clean, but the pool was out of order. My kids were disappointed, and the first thing the staff said was that the pool was closed and that I should cancel my stay—no greeting at all.
