The price was reasonable, but my first room had ants. I was moved to a different room that was fine. There was no staff on site, so I had to call a phone number to get help.

It was close to the water and the AC kept the room cool, which was great. There were plenty of towels, a coffee pot, a fridge, a microwave, fresh sheets, and the floors were spotless. I did get bitten by a spider and killed two more; there were cobwebs behind the bath door and gaps around the outer door that let spiders in. I told the owner/manager, who just smiled and said if you leave the door open they can get in—though I never left it open. Bring bug spray if you stay.
