The tram stop to the city center is just a 2‑minute walk away, and the little café next to the entrance is highly recommended. The staff are friendly, the cappuccino is great, and the price is very reasonable. I had expected the landlord to be on site, but he is reachable. Bring your own towels, as there aren’t enough provided.

The spot is ideal, right next to the tram that goes to the city center and the airport. A shopping center is 2 minutes away. The apartment is well equipped, and arrival was easy thanks to Luca’s clear instructions and suggestions. The only issue was the shower pressure, which Luca managed to fix.

The place is close to the tram station—about 150 metres, easy to walk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet; it’s not the liveliest spot, but everything you need is within reach. There’s a café on the first floor and a hypermarket across the main road next to the tram stop. We were attending a conference at the nearby university, so the walking distance was perfect. The host was friendly and did his best to accommodate us, recommending several great spots to visit and eat. The space is small but has everything you need. We stayed in one room of a three‑bedroom apartment and shared the bathroom with another guest. We cooked breakfast and dinner a few times during our 5‑day stay. The building has an elevator, air conditioning, an iron, and a washing machine. The only downside was the internet, which kept dropping out even though we used the host’s Wi‑Fi.
