The location was very close to the station, the cleanliness was perfect, the new air‑conditioner worked well, but there was an unpleasant odor in the back part of the apartment; even with the windows closed, traffic outside could still be heard.

It’s a scam…the classic Italian scam…the water pump “problem”…they charge you the money…and when you go to the location and try to call them…they don’t answer the phone…after 2 minutes they send a text and say they have a water pump problem…and they ask YOU to cancel the reservation (to keep the money)…if you do not cancel the reservation…they say they’re trying to find something else nearby…but they don’t look for hotels…and they don’t answer the phone…STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…ANYWAY IT’S NOT A GOOD AREA…I WAITED IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FOR THEM LIKE 1 HOUR…ONLY BLACK GUYS ASKING CIGARETS AND DRUGS.

“A very comfortable, clean, and well-located stay with warm hospitality and flexible check-in.”

The property was very clean, quiet, and ideally located—just a 5‑minute walk from the train station and very close to the city centre. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and gave us our room before the official check‑in time. It’s on the 4th floor, but there’s an elevator.

The location was near the station and facing the airport, but the balcony door in the room didn’t close properly, it was cold at night, and there was outside noise.
