The staff were all lovely, the room we stayed in was clean and fully stocked with tea, coffee, etc., even two small bottles of wine. The bathroom was adequate and again well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, cotton balls, and earbuds. Breakfast was brilliant and the coffee in the cafe is so good. Nice and quiet and as a bonus SKY TV! We did have a problem with the sky TV, but Nial went above and beyond and fixed it Saturday night while we had gone for dinner, even though we had said not to worry about it.

Stiles is in the heart of Ambleside, very clean and has all you need. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
