“Great place to relax for a week, swim, walk to the Casinos and catch the Monorail.”
A quiet and roomy spot to unwind before heading to the casinos, but the TV and interior décor could use an upgrade.
“Satisfactorio”
Todo! It seemed like a very elegant stay. The maintenance and cleaning could be better; the bedding and sofa bed look a bit worn, nothing critical but could be improved easily.
“Love the signature!”
The location near the strip and the monorail is top notch, but reaching out to the booking company was unpleasant: the attendant was not friendly over the phone and insisted on taking a credit card as if it were spam.
“Aufjedenfall einen Besuch wert!”
The location was unbeatable, the staff were incredibly friendly and they even offered a valet service; the hotel and our apartment were fitted with superb, high‑quality furnishings and the bed was by far the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, while the pool was pretty cool 😎. I do wish the pool hours, which run from 10 am to 6 pm, were longer – something like 9 am to 9 pm would suit me better.
“Dirty room and everything is a paid add-on.”
The room was cheap and we could use the MGM amenities, but it was dirty. The coffee pot and any kitchenware had never been cleaned, and we found leftover food in the kitchen—so I doubt they cleaned it at all. I was disappointed because we booked this room for the kitchen but couldn’t use it. The sink didn’t work. The living‑room furniture was mediocre and they tried to cover it up. Bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom barely passable. They don’t offer service during your stay unless you pay for it, so there was no towel or bed‑sheet change, no toilet paper added, or anything else.
