Magnificent place, everything perfect and comfortable. Wish I could give more than 10. Nothing to add.

The site, access, and parking are good. The sound insulation of the rooms is poor because the owners are nearby.

The accommodation is in a beautiful park, very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The breakfast is great, with hot croissants in the morning, and the welcome was excellent.

We had a really lovely stay in Martina Franca. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is located a little outside the city center, but with a car it only takes around 5–10 minutes to reach the beautiful historic old town, which was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can easily prepare your own meals if you want to. The breakfast was also excellent and a great way to start the day. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Martina Franca. We would happily come back again!

I stayed in a tiny, independent flat tucked away in a very quiet spot where you could step outside onto a table, chair, or hammock. Parking was free and hassle‑free, and the layout—living‑room kitchen, large bedroom with a big wardrobe and dresser—was thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom had all the basics. The only downside was breakfast: we expected fresh bread, pastries, coffee every morning, but only vacuum‑sealed biscuits, madeleines, muffins, coffee pods, and yoghurts were offered.
