Nothing special about the place, I stayed for a convention. The night‑time staff treatment of guests was deplorable, and I only received a sorry apology by morning.

The room was nicely decorated, but the phone behind the headboard didn’t work and the nightstand had at least 15 years of dust on it. On the first day our lights went out because a circuit blew; I called for help, went downstairs several times, and after four hours someone finally arrived. I was attending a television convention, and the photo opportunities were outside in a tent that had air‑conditioning running but was not turned on. I became very ill and ended up throwing up in the lobby from heat exhaustion. Room service never delivered the correct order, the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush, so I had to lift the back of the tank and pull up the chain to get it to work.

The front‑desk lady was very friendly and the lobby looked nice. However, the bathroom was dirty, with hair on the shower and floor, a stale smell in the room, and weird stains on the shower wall.
