The peace and relaxed pace were absolutely the best. The bed was a bit noisy.

The Junior suite was really nice, and the hotel sits in a great spot—just a short walk to Charles Bridge with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the staff were very friendly. I was disappointed that the breakfast was cold on the first morning; everything I took from the hot plates was stone cold, showing the hot plates weren't keeping the food warm enough, which was a let‑down because I was looking forward to breakfast. The second morning, the French toast that we had requested was not available, and we weren't told about that when we checked in. On the second night, the room lights stopped working except for one lamp, ruining the experience even though the suite was nice with all the lights; we had to pack in the dark.

The location was great, but for a 5‑star hotel the facilities were poor—no gym room and no swimming pool.

It was very good.

The location right at the foot of the castle and the quietness were great. The room was very large, we were upgraded, the bed was very comfortable, and the coffee machine and kettle were available in the room. The reception, parking service, and the hearty breakfast were all very good. Everything was very good.
