The location is fabulous.
“Beau sur photo mais un peu trompeur”
The place is perfectly positioned near the city centre, with access via a keypad, fresh bath towels, a comfortable bed, and air‑conditioning that smells pleasant when you enter. The room is clean. However, the door is confusing because it looks like Hotel Noemie, the view of the “mountain” is misleading, the shared apartment areas are dirty with stains and dead insects, the elevator is broken, parking is tough, and cash must be given to a third party who can’t give change, so you must bring exact cash. The coffee machine lacks pods, and the rate is high for what it offers. We found a cheaper hotel on Ksamil with breakfast and pool access. The welcome was cold because we never met the owners and all communication is only via WhatsApp.
