I was pleased with how clean the room was when we arrived, and the dining area looked spotless too. The staff were friendly during breakfast service. However, the hallway on the third floor, where I stayed, carried a strong marijuana and cigarette odor that made my spouse and me uncomfortable, regardless of the source.

I was drawn to this hotel by its incredibly low price and fantastic location, right next to the highway and just a short drive from midtown and downtown. However, I was a bit concerned by the lack of overnight security - when the morning staff left, some guests seemed to take advantage of the situation. Additionally, there were no cameras in the hallways, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

The place is tidy and has been freshly updated, which I liked a lot. The only downside was that breakfast was taken down earlier than the posted time.
