The portions were awesome and generous, yet the bathroom tiles and the booth were broken, the bed in the deluxe room was uncomfortable, and there’s room for improvement.

The cleanliness was good, and the restaurant was decent. The equipment felt a bit outdated.

The shower faucet didn’t work, the AC was non‑functional, and the water was of poor quality, causing a scratchy sensation.

There was nothing positive to note. The shame of a three‑star hotel charging the price of a four‑star, paying 77 000 Fr. CFA for one night, was enormous. No hot water, vomit on the sofas, yellow pillows covered in sweat hidden by white pillowcases, yellow toilets—an absolute disaster!

The airport shuttle was convenient, and the hotel manager was very attentive and responsive to my requests, which I appreciated 🥰; breakfast was also included in my reservation and was well‑provided. The elevator in the new building was very narrow.
