“Nice hotel and room, double check your rate though”
The room was clean, large, and the bed comfortable; I could easily adjust the temperature and there were plenty of towels, plus the pillows were very cozy. Its proximity to the airport was a huge convenience. I struggled to figure out the TV—I wanted to watch local news in the morning but everything was set up for streaming services. I also had a billing issue: my flight was cancelled at 1am and when I checked out the rate charged didn’t match what was advertised. After some back and forth with the front desk, they corrected it, though they tried to blame a Booking error and apparently there is no front desk manager.
