The homestay was cute and the beds were super comfy; the place sits right in the middle of everything, with restaurants and an ice‑cream stall nearby, and we even watched the Têt boat race right outside our window. The only downside was the lack of a common area or even a small kitchen corner, though that’s not expected at every homestay.

The home was spotless and very quiet, and the host was incredibly enthusiastic, going out of their way to help the whole group. Nothing else was particularly impressive.

Everything was perfect—101 points ❤️, the host and service were outstanding, and the locals in Phú Quý were extremely friendly. The only advice is to pick a time when it’s not raining or stormy to avoid the waves.
