“Super um Florenz zu erkunden”
The staff were friendly, the location was top, and the breakfast was good; the shower felt a bit odd, but that was no big deal.

The location was fine, but the air conditioning broke down, leaving the room at almost 30 °C and I couldn’t sleep; I called the front desk twice, and each time they assured me it was being fixed.

The location was spot on and the staff were welcoming, although there were construction works going on on the third floor while we were there.

The staff were excellent, the renovated room was clean and had air conditioning, and the breakfast was great (shout‑out to the lady who makes the cakes); the central location is just a few minutes from the Uffizi Gallery.

We stayed only one night at this hotel and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fragrant, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The best part was definitely the breakfast: everything was delicious, especially the homemade pastries by Fatiha, which were truly delightful. Fatiha is a wonderful person and chatting with her was a real pleasure. Her kindness and willingness made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the personal connection with the staff, especially Fatiha. An experience we’ll remember fondly.
