The hygiene was terrible; I asked to change the linens because they had been used by someone else, but they refused and did not replace them.
The location was good and the hotel was reasonably good.
“Comfort issues and a bit of a hassle”
We skipped breakfast, but that wasn't the issue - the bed was just way too soft for my liking. Getting hot water was a hassle too, you'd have to waste a ton of water first, which didn't sit well with me. Although, kudos to the staff for sorting it out eventually and being helpful.
The location was good. The room service was terrible; no one came to address the complaint.
“Decent grub, awful service”
The food here was actually pretty good, but that's where the positives end. The staff were incredibly rude, which totally ruined the experience for me.
