“Fin de semana en Familia”
The staff overall were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the furniture well maintained. The entrance area gave a different impression, but the hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, and there was a game room that made for a pleasant time. The restaurant service was limited to one person cooking and serving; the food was tasty, but the wait was too long. If they expect a large group for a nearby event, they should prepare enough supplies and staff. I especially appreciated the kitchen girl, who, despite being rushed and stressed, never showed a bad attitude.
