Bonito lugar. Tuve problemas en la recepción, quedé fuera del alojamiento 1 hora porque no me dieron el codigo de acceso y el personal no respondía el teléfono, estaba con un bebé y era tarde en la noche, tuve que pedir ayuda a otro huesped para poder contactar a la recepción

The location was good, but finding the hotel was a nightmare: no one was at reception when the message said someone would be there to check in documents. At night we were locked out and couldn't get in for over an hour with our stuff inside; the place was dirty, and there were dead mosquitoes on the room walls. The building’s condition is understandable, but the neglect is unacceptable – I wouldn’t return.
