I recently had a distressing experience at this hotel, where the manager took a significant amount of money from us, only to be unavailable for the entire duration of our stay. To make matters worse, he aggressively called and scolded us upon checkout, claiming we hadn't paid anything. The entire ordeal left us feeling embarrassed and frustrated, particularly due to the manager's infuriating behavior.
