Amazing location right on the beach, very attentive staff, well‑maintained rooms and premises with good quality daily housekeeping. Comfortable gym, great food at Thai and beachfront restaurant, and many breakfast options.

Our stay at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere and incredibly warm hospitality. The entire resort is beautifully designed and very well cared for. Our room was comfortable, spotless and perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the amazing staff — everyone was kind, attentive and always ready to help with a genuine smile. We truly felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to slow down, enjoy the beautiful island and simply relax. We had an unforgettable time and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended! ❤️🌴

Lots of greenery and great views, but the sea‑view rooms were far from the beach; the beach itself was stagnant with no waves, and at low tide there was a lot of rocky sand close to the hotel.

The staff were very kind and the food quality good, but the all‑inclusive package didn’t live up to expectations: drinks were included but meals were limited to three dishes per service with no buffet for lunch or dinner, the two restaurants offered little variety, the beach was small and the water was full of coral debris.
