Patricia set up a very loving, cozy studio; the terrace with its wonderful view nearly blew us away, and Patricia and her husband were warm, very helpful hosts who had solutions ready for every guest need—thanks for making us feel so comfortable. The steep, narrow drive that we didn’t dare take in our car was kindly taken care of by Patricia, who drove us back and forth; thanks again for the great hospitality.
Patrizia is a fantastic person, the place is very distinctive, and for those who think it’s hard to get there by motorcycle—I’m a motorcyclist myself 😁—but if you’re in the Sanremo area, Patrizia will satisfy you.

I loved the room – it was very well kept, clean, and had everything needed for a great stay. The owner, Patrizia, was very kind, courteous, and helpful; we arrived on a motorcycle and she gave us all the details to reach the place easily. The breakfast was excellent and there was a nice variety of teas, which I enjoyed relaxing on the sea‑view terrace in a very calm atmosphere. The property is in a great spot for visiting Sanremo and the surroundings, and the private parking is very convenient. We’ll definitely come back.

Patrizia is an outstanding host who offers tips for restaurants and bars and helps everywhere; the air‑conditioning, silence, and view let you totally unwind.

The breakfast was already ready, vacuum‑packed and with store‑bought pastries – decent. The owners were very friendly and warm, and they gave a nice little gift at the end of the visit. The bed was a 140 cm, which would have been better as a 160 cm for more comfort. The location is under the highway bridge, but there’s no noise in the room. Getting there by car is very steep, and walking to the house is difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect.
