Everything was great, clean, and top notch. Thanks to Verda and the staff. They even brought a a birthday cake on my check-in day ! This will always be my place if I visit Trabzon. Nothing. I loved everything !

De locatie is uitstekend. De personeel is behulpzaam en lief. Er hangt een zwaar 'geur/verfrisser" door het hele hotel. Dat mag minder. Het is een te zwaar verfrisser

الموقع رائع جدا وجميع الخدمات حولك من سوبرماركت ومقاهي ومطاعم وحلويات الغرفه واسعه نوعا ما الاستقبال جيدين وخدوميين النظافه رائعه للغرف وللمرافق جلسه المقهى تحت الفندق جميله عندهم خدمه حفظ الامتعه. الافطار ليس متنوع بالشكل الجيد ( لاتوجد مخبوزات منوعه ولا فاكهه منوعه ولا حلويات ) لايصل للدرجه 4 نجوم الجلسات محدوده للافطار

Location was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. Receptionists were very helpful. The building is in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good. Noise cancellation in the windows was remarkably effective. We had to check out 2 nights earlier after changing our return flights home, but we were not granted a partial refund, they claimed our reservation was non refundable even though our reservation was free cancellation and we should be eligible for a partial refund due to our 2 nights earlier departure, but we weren’t expecting that and had to leave anyway. It didn’t upset us because we didn’t expect to get a free partial cancellation after our check in date
