The staff were attentive and the facilities were good, but the location was a bit inconvenient and the breakfast lacked variety, although the on‑the‑spot Benedict eggs were excellent.

The location was good and the stay was fine. Breakfast offered only a handful of options and the same dishes were repeated every holiday.

The breakfast was good and varied, the location was very cool, the people were friendly and there were no external noises—all was fine. Even though I was there for work, the city views were great. Overall everything was fine.

I'm impressed - the hotel was really clean, even by Western standards! The rooms were nice and spacious, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff at the front desk were friendly and spoke a bit of English, which helped. It's super close to the west station, making it a convenient choice. One thing I was looking forward to was dining in-house, but that's not an option here. Still, I'd definitely recommend it.
