“Hôtel adapté pour un très court séjour dédié à la visite des Parcs Port Aventura”
We liked the hotel’s spot halfway between Port Aventura and Salou’s city centre, and the shuttle to the park was convenient. However, we were very disappointed with the food: overall poor quality, many greasy and bland dishes, and a lot of waste. For a 4‑star hotel, this is unacceptable, so we ate at the hotel only on the first night and went elsewhere for all other meals.
“Pagues un preu elevat per uns serveis deficients”
The hotel used to be a quality establishment, but it isn’t anymore. They’re renovating facilities, yet the pace is slower than the rate of decline. They focus too much on foreign Port Aventura travel agencies, neglecting local family tourism, and are turning into a low‑cost hotel for foreigners.
The staff were excellent, especially Mirian and Enrique from the entertainment team who made my daughter Lara’s stay fantastic! The location near Port Aventura is perfect, but the gym needs a renovation immediately.

The proximity to Salou’s centre and the room were good, and the rooftop spa offered some calm. The air‑conditioner was too loud at night, there were water leaks from the AC units in the dining room, and the hospital area was noisy.
