I booked a garden room but it had a sheer wall just a couple of metres from the room that blocked out light and made the area unpleasant to sit in, so I upgraded to a pool‑view room with balcony for 75 US dollars. The TV didn’t work, and even after several helpful staff members barged in at 9 pm to try to fix it, I was told I would receive a refund that never came. The hotel has good facilities, but it feels totally overpriced for this time of year when few tourists visit because of the rainy season.

Everyone on the staff is exceptional—they know each guest by name, are helpful and kind. The facilities are beautiful, making me feel like I could just live here! The location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is that the breakfast buffet could use more variety from day to day.

The location and design are great, but what really stands out are the people—from the airport driver to the front‑of‑house staff, dining team, and housekeeping—all were warm and friendly. We just had to leave earlier than we’d hoped.
