Hotel Karma Inn Near Akshay Patra Jagatpura

Room was fine. AC was working fine. Water was available. TV was working. Chai was okayish. Washroom commode was clean. Bathrpom sink was leaking .water was not draining in the sink.flush was leaking too.tap was leaking too.half bucket was already full.and absolutely no toileteries .provided except a teeny tiny soap.no shampoo.no body wash.no toilet paper. Late check out wasnt available, also no proper storage room or process go guests luggage storage.u have to just put them in the lobby that also they moved later.to place where guests usually sit.safety of the bags was questuonable.like other hotels have a protocol they put a proper tag with room no. In each luggage and all nothing like tht.although nothing was missing from the luggage.just an average hotel. Ok if u just wanna sleep one night.the extra matress given was very hard so evantually we had to manage three people on the bed. After all this, one of my friends came to visit and she was allowed for only 30 min. Also there was one incident, where we ordered 2 chai.the wauter brought only one.thn we told him that we asked for one more.next time another waiter came.and brought 2 cups.thn i told hum that we newded inlt one more then the waiter was asking me what to do with the second cup then whose is this.I have just joined the night duty.i dnt knw anything.also chai cup with no saucer.all chai spilled in tray and directly he kept on our tabke tht also got stained.so quite unprofessional. Like it is what we say kaam chalau.if u want to stsy there.then u can no bug deal.but yeah many things can be much better

“All is well”

I was really impressed with the overall vibe of this place - the staff were friendly and the rooms were super clean. However, the check-in process was a bit of a drag, with a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long wait in line. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, which was a shame because they were generally nice when you finally got to talk to them. Despite the initial hassle, the rest of my stay was great and I'd definitely come back.

“Good”

This place is a gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a decent-sized bathroom. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the city center and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad and I was able to get a good night's sleep.
