“Glad we stayed here!”

The check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly, and the building feels well maintained for its age, offering good value for the money while I was in Jasper. It’s a notch above most budget independent motels, with a kitchenette that’s fairly well stocked, tidy rooms, clean linens, and a pleasant mountain view that’s not ruined by highway noise when the fan and AC are on. I did want a desk or table in the bedroom after the closet was removed, and the bathroom lacked a proper vanity area and had a bit of mould, but otherwise the room was almost flawless.

The staff were present and friendly. The kitchen in the room was useful. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. No breakfast was offered.

There were two beds, but they were in separate rooms, even though the photos show them together. The receptionist was nice. The location is terrible—right on the highway and the rail line, loud at night and a bit creepy. In Hinton there really aren’t many alternatives because all hotels are on the highway/rail.

“Nettes Personal, gute Lage, keine schönen Zimmer”

The location was great for downtown, easy to walk to. It was very noisy, both from traffic and from other rooms’ toilet flushes and showers.
