The hotel is well maintained and the service is attentive. The pool is great. The room is spectacularly spacious with plenty of natural light. The beach is private, yet they weren’t very vigilant about strangers lying down; we also saw a couple who paid the guy and were allowed to stay. The beach could be cleaned up a bit more. On one night the power went out when the breakers tripped, leaving an emergency bulb on; after it was fixed, they couldn’t turn that light off, so it stayed on every night beside our bed, which was very uncomfortable. In the end they taped a cardboard coaster over it with a lot of glue, but it still illuminated. For a hotel of this category, it feels shabby.

Very modern, clean, with a great pool area and a direct beach location. There was nothing to complain about; it was an absolute dream vacation.

Superbe Hotel juste en face d'une magnifique plage pour le sunset ! (Il y a d'ailleurs une partie privé avec des sunbeds de l'hôtel) Que dire de cet hôtel si ce n'est que tout est parfait : le personnel est adorable (petite surprise dans la chambre tous les jours), la piscine est magnifique, le Spa est génial et super moderne (J'ai fait un traitement + massage de 2h c'était un régal), le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et délicieux et le restaurant est également excellent. En plus de cela la cerise sur le gateau j'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une magnifique suite, encore merci pour ça ! <3 Bref un hôtel moderne, confortable et avec tout ce qu'il faut ! je recommande à 100% si vous êtes à Kos. Micro bemol : c'est un peu loin du centre à pied mais vous avez des trotinettes partagées accessibles autour de l'hôtel et sinon il faut louer un vélo ou un scooter. (C'est de toute façon mieux pour explorer l'ile et l'hôtel peut arranger ça pour vous) De mon côté j'avais un scooter donc c'était niquel tout est accessible en 5 min

The breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was stylish on the outskirts. We were upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi, but the room felt too cold and the layout was awkward. The hotel sits close to the sea but right next to a busy road, and the distance to Kos Town is over 2 km, not pleasant to walk. The staff were not friendly; every question at reception seemed to add to the queue. The restaurant staff during breakfast were distant. And for a five‑star hotel, you’d expect help moving your luggage to the car, but with four staff members chatting at reception, no one offered assistance. We had slept the night before at Theros, which made a huge difference in every way.
