Everything was fine and the shops were close, but I had to climb up to level 3 because there was no lift; otherwise I was happy with the stay.

I found this hotel to be an easy place to stay, but its location in the centre of Tanah Rata wasn't exactly ideal for me. While it was convenient in some ways, I would have preferred a different location that offered more peace and quiet.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the convenience of having restaurants and a supermarket right outside my door. The room also came equipped with a water dispenser and a kettle, which was a nice touch. However, I was disappointed that there was no room service available during my 7-night stay, and the hotel's thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel's proximity to the weekend market was a major plus, but unfortunately, the price didn't quite live up to my expectations. While it was a convenient location, I felt that the cost was a bit steep for what I got.
