“Da migliorare”
A small apartment in Skiathos city, up high, so cool and well ventilated. It’s convenient because everything is within a 5‑minute walk, yet you’re out of the chaos. Close to the airport, port, and supermarkets. The apartment is almost new but needs a few improvements. The outdoor patio is lovely, with a fountain, table, chairs, and a drying rack. Unfortunately, there’s no shade—full sun from early morning. The studio has a bed, a small wardrobe, and a kitchenette. The stove is very convenient with burners, fridge, and sink. The large bathroom has a great shower tray, though it lacks a glass or curtain. I appreciated having a beach umbrella for the sea. Self‑check‑in and self‑check‑out. The apartment seemed finished the day before; there was no identifying plate, and the Google Maps location was wrong, so finding it was a huge mess—neighbors helped us. The host was distant, didn’t give check‑in instructions, and only replied when needed, not very attentive. Kitchenware was limited, only two of each, and one plate was broken. No shade outside where you eat, nor at the window and entrance, all glass, with the bed stuck to it—every morning a guaranteed wake‑up at 6 am from the sun. The room was very small; photos made it look bigger. Little space to store luggage and clothes. Overall, cleanliness could improve.
