There were 8 charging stations, but 7 were taken by non‑EVs, which the management should fix; also the door in the hallway was extremely noisy, rattling all night.

The hotel’s location is great, but the breakfasts never change, lack vegetables, and you have to wait a long time for hot items like omelettes; the spread is very dull. There’s no kettle in the room, the lighting fixtures are poor, and the air‑conditioning barely works. After four days I was asked to change rooms because someone else had booked it.

The shower stalls are cramped and lack curtains or doors, so the bathroom floor gets completely soaked, creating a serious slip risk and a chance of neck injury in such a small space. Reception was terrible: when I split the bill across cards, they charged city tax on the same card and claimed it couldn’t be refunded (which isn’t true). Later, when I tried to pay for drinks, they mistakenly charged me for laundry. On the evening of 29/10, the staff seemed unwilling to help. This is the worst Bastion hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even by low standards.

The staff were friendly, but the bathroom was a bit small.
